In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on rp6666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or above. rp6666 does not permit registration or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited for you personally. rp6666 is primarily designed for players residing in Indonesia, and the Platform's payment methods, currency, and customer support are configured accordingly.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any third party.
• You must not have previously been excluded or suspended from rp6666, or from any other online gaming platform, for conduct that would constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of rp6666 or any of its affiliated suppliers.

rp6666 reserves the right to request documentation confirming eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. The determination of eligibility is made at rp6666's sole and reasonable discretion.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on rp6666. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your legal full name, as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address that you control and monitor regularly.
• A valid Indonesian mobile number in the +62 format.
• A secure password of at least eight characters, combining letters and numbers.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are aged 21 or above.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. rp6666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rp6666 support immediately at [email protected].

rp6666 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and without incurring any liability to the applicant.

rp6666 is required to verify the identity of its Members as part of its obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming frameworks. KYC verification is mandatory before:

• Processing any withdrawal request above Rp 500.000.
• Lifting Account withdrawal limits beyond the default threshold.
• Crediting any bonus that requires verified account status.

To complete KYC verification, you must submit clear, legible copies or photographs of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or valid Indonesian passport.
• A live selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document.
• Where required: proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking account showing your name and account number).

Documents submitted for KYC are processed in a secure, access-controlled environment. KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. rp6666 will not request your full bank PIN, internet banking password, or OTP codes through any channel. If you receive such a request purporting to be from rp6666, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

5.1 Deposits. rp6666 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the Account being investigated for potential suspension.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your Account dashboard. Deposits are typically credited to your rp6666 Balance in real time or within fifteen (15) minutes. rp6666 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which rp6666 bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure. You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to:

• Your Account having passed KYC verification for amounts above Rp 500.000.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been fully satisfied.
• No active investigation or security hold on your Account.

rp6666 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, Indonesian bank maintenance windows (typically occurring between 23:00 and 01:00 WIB), or where additional verification is required. rp6666 is not liable for delays caused by third-party bank or e-wallet processing systems.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on rp6666 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rp6666 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

rp6666 offers a range of promotional incentives to Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback on losses, free spin credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before withdrawal of derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each bonus offer page. Failure to complete wagering requirements results in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Time Limits: All bonus offers have an expiry period. Uncompleted wagering requirements that exceed the stated time limit will result in the bonus balance being removed from the Account.
• Game Eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible game types and contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While wagering a bonus, the maximum single bet or spin stake is Rp 50.000 (or the equivalent). Wagers exceeding this limit during an active bonus wagering period may result in the bonus being voided and any derived winnings being removed.
• One Bonus Per Member: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate Account suspension.

rp6666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is credited in error, rp6666 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount from the Member's Balance.

7.1 Sportsbook. Betting markets are offered on football (judi bola — football wagering), including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international competitions. Market types include Asian Handicap (voor bola), 1X2, Over/Under, and multi-leg accumulators (mix parlay). All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, rp6666's settlement rules (available on the Platform) apply.

7.2 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted at rp6666's discretion. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Odds for live markets are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions at the moment of bet acceptance.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games. All RNG-based games operate on independently certified random number generator systems. Published RTP figures represent long-term theoretical averages across millions of rounds. Short-session results will naturally deviate from the published RTP. rp6666 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot override individual game results.

7.4 Void Bets. rp6666 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it can be established that: (a) the bet was placed after the outcome was already determined; (b) the odds offered were clearly erroneous due to a system error; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions or in a manner consistent with fraud or collusion.

7.5 Maximum Payouts. rp6666 applies maximum single-event payout limits, which are displayed in the relevant betting market or game interface. Winning amounts that exceed the stated maximum payout for a market will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

rp6666 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling behaviour. These tools are available in the Account settings and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure reminders that alert them when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary self-exclusion (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent account closure. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and the Member is blocked from creating a new account.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders displayed at configurable intervals during game sessions, showing elapsed time and net session result.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from rp6666.

Automated data scraping, odds harvesting, betting bot usage, and any form of systematic extraction of Platform data are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and legal action.

rp6666 processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

rp6666 does not sell, rent, or otherwise share Member personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data sharing with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios) is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of the Platform's services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp6666's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rp6666 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications outages.
• The accuracy of odds or market data where errors arise from third-party data feed providers.
• Any loss resulting from a Member's failure to secure their Account credentials.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling — rp6666 provides a platform for entertainment; the outcome of any wager is inherently uncertain, and losses are a foreseeable result of participation.

rp6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance or pending winnings, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the time period specified by rp6666.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud, or identity fraud.
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, or any software that provides an artificial advantage.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Abuse of the bonus system through multi-accounting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Any conduct that rp6666 reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, rp6666 will communicate with the Member via the registered email address. Members who disagree with a suspension decision may submit a written complaint to [email protected] for review.

rp6666 is operated by an internationally registered entity and holds licences issued under the jurisdiction of its country of registration. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp6666 is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to, or should be construed as, a representation that online gambling is legal in Indonesia or in any other specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using rp6666 is lawful in your place of residence. By registering, you confirm that you have made that determination independently.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through rp6666's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by rp6666 at the time the dispute arises.

rp6666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, rp6666 will notify registered Members by email to the address on their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Continued use of the rp6666 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
